摘要:比較了不同預(yù)處理方法對養(yǎng)豬沼液的滅蟲效果和后期微藻養(yǎng)殖的影響,擬優(yōu)選出較佳的預(yù)處理辦法。結(jié)果表明,養(yǎng)豬沼液在開放環(huán)境中放置一定時間后,易出現(xiàn)原生動物、微型后生動物和其他無脊椎動物,而對微藻生長影響較為嚴(yán)重的主要是原生動物和微型后生動物;用40
mg/L的漂白粉處理可以基本殺滅養(yǎng)豬沼液中的食藻害蟲,處理后的養(yǎng)豬沼液只需放置4
d后就可以接種、培養(yǎng)微藻;這種預(yù)處理方法成本相對較低,每噸養(yǎng)豬沼液的處理成本僅約為0.050
0元;這種預(yù)處理方法操作簡單,而且對養(yǎng)豬沼液中的營養(yǎng)元素破壞較少,為利用養(yǎng)豬沼液實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);⒃屦B(yǎng)殖解決了一個棘手的問題。

Abstract: It is of great significance for
controlling algae-eating pests in the process of microalgae cultivation.In this
paper,different pretreatment methods were performed before microalgae
cultivation in swine biogas slurry,the insecticidal effect of different
pretreatment methods as well as their influence on microalgae cultivation was
thoroughly compared SO as to select the best pretreatment method.Results showed
that protozoa,metazoan and other invertebrates appeared after biogas slurry
placed in open environment for a certain period,protozoa and metazoan had a
great influence on the growth of microalgae.After applying 40 mg/L of bleaching
powder,algae-eating pests in swine biogas slurry were basically killed,and
inoculated of microalgae could performed after only 4 days.The cost of bleaching
powder method was relatively low,the per ton pretreatment cost of only about
0.050 0 yuan.This method was easy tO operate,and nutrient in swine biogas slurry
was little damaged.This paper had important guiding significance for achieving
the large-scale culture of microalgae in swine biogas slurry.

養(yǎng)豬沼液成分復(fù)雜,N、P含量高,并含有豐富的有機(jī)物。在開放自然環(huán)境中,養(yǎng)豬沼液非常有利于一些細(xì)菌、雜藻等微生物的生長繁殖,而這些微生物的出現(xiàn)又促進(jìn)了其掠食者原生動物(如鐘蟲)、微型后生動物(如輪蟲、線蟲),甚至各種無脊椎動物幼蟲(如孑孓)等的出現(xiàn),從而構(gòu)成了非常復(fù)雜的食物鏈。在資源化利用養(yǎng)豬沼液的過程中,如果直接將微藻接種到養(yǎng)豬沼液中,就增加了食藻害蟲的食源,同時微藻的快速繁殖也會促進(jìn)養(yǎng)豬沼液中溶氧量的提高,刺激捕食者數(shù)量猛增,使得微藻被吞食而抑制生長,甚至全部消失。
